Open "Notes" in the left sidebar
Choose the content type with the buttons at the bottom:
Notes for rich text
Photos to create an image gallery
Type / in a note to access formatting options
Different heading levels
Bullet or numbered lists
Callouts and quotes
And more
Use the AI button to:
Improve writing style, correct spelling, or translate content
Rephrase (longer, shorter, simpler), adjust tone, or add emojis
Native mobile app and browser extension to capture notes anywhere. Coming soon.
Question: Are my notes visible to other people?
Answer: No, your notes are strictly private. Only the content you drag and drop into a report and share becomes accessible to recipients, and only in read-only mode.
Question: How are my notes sorted?
Answer: Notes are sorted by update date (most recent first).
Question: What types of content can I add to a note?
Answer: You can currently add rich text (with formatting) and photos. Other content types will be added soon.
Question: Are statuses (to-do, in progress, done) mandatory for notes?
Answer: No, you can leave notes without status. Statuses are optional and allow you to organize your notes as tasks as you wish.
